ACTIVITY 2

ACTIVITY 2: BINGO!

The game of BINGO can be done in a class of 30 or more. The rules are simple. Teacher can either ask the pupils to sit at their own places or to stand in a big group in class. Make sure the class is spacious enough for all the pupils to stand. the game started by pupils counting starting from number 1. teacher can start the game. teacher will say '1' out loud followed by a student in the row saying number '2'. The third person in the row will have to say BINGO and followed by the fourth person saying a number after the number which has been replaced by the word BINGO. If the third person says a word other than BINGO, he/she will be automatically out. it is the same for the fourth person who says the wrong number other than the number after the one that has been replaced by 'BINGO'.

this is the sequence as an example:

teacher: 1
P1: 2
P2: 3
P3: BINGO!
P4: 5
P5: 6
P6: BINGO!
P7: 7  ( pupils 7 will be cut off from the game. because 7 has been replaced by BINGO)
the game then should start with pupil 8. starting with number 1 again.
